Role : Regulatory Coordinator

Location : St. Paul, MN - 55117

Duration : 12 Months
Skills Looking For:
- The role involves supporting regulatory operations for Abbott's medical device businesses, particularly in
- The role involves supporting the regulatory operations team, which is responsible for getting medical device products out into the market.
- Responsibilities include cleanup work, releasing products and materials for the launch of the EU MDR regulatory initiative, and working with cross-functional teams such as regulatory, supply planning, clinical, and customer service.
- Running reports, analyzing data in Excel, identifying cleanup tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis, particularly in Excel is required.
- Experience with SAP and PLM systems preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Some level of medical device regulatory knowledge or experience will be helpful. It is not a requirement.
- Candidates with backgrounds in clinical, supply planning, customer service, or project management could also be suitable for the role.
- Day-to-day Responsibilities: Running reports and analyzing data related to shipping licenses and inventory; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and execute tasks; Prioritizing and managing multiple projects and deadlines.



Education and Level of Experience:
- Minimum of an associate's degree preferred.
- Degrees or certificates related to regulatory affairs, business, or communication are strongly preferred.
- Minimum Two years of office experience required, preferably in roles involving data analysis or project coordination.



Overqualification Criteria:
- Candidates with master's degrees may not be suitable for the role.
- Simple office or secretary admin exp do not qualify for the role.
