Benefits: New competitive pay rates Tuition assistance/reimbursement Low nurse-to-patient ratios Expansive benefit package Supportive leadership and culture Affordable medical, dental and vision plans for employees and their families Up to 20 days of PTO for full-time employees 6 paid holidays for full-time employees Tuition reimbursement, continuing education opportunities, and apprenticeship programs 401(k) retirement plan Flexible spending and health savings accounts Responsibilities: Demonstrates knowledge of medication administration based on patient age and clinical condition Performs patient care for geriatric and general inpatient rehabilitation patients Assists with patient assessments and rehabilitation nursing interventions Performs timely and accurate QI assessments Updates care plans based on patient condition and needs Interacts professionally with patients and families, involving them in care planning Assesses and reassesses pain management techniques, educating patients and families on pain management Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN program Current state licensure as a Practical/Vocational Nurse CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred IV Certified required or obtained within 6 months, highly preferred Minimum six months Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Salary range: $28 USD - $39 USD per hour.
