Rehabilitation Services Nursing Director

A rewarding opportunity is now available in Eastern Texas for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Services nursing leader! This beloved hospital is looking to add a Rehabilitation Services Nursing Director to their team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the RN Director Rehab Unit will manage daily and long-term operations for this fast-paced inpatient unit with approximately 30 beds. The Inpatient Rehab Unit Nursing Director will direct and manage a strong team of Certified RNs, Charge Nurses, techs, CNAs, and ancillary staff. This esteemed nursing leader will collaborate with other RN Directors and the executive leadership team to facilitate patient flow, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality patient care.
Minimum Requirements: Registered Nursing License in the State of Texas3-5 years of experience in adult inpatient medical surgical or rehabilitation servicesManagerial or supervisory experience in the acute care settingSituated in Eastern Texas, this 125+ bed short-term acute care hospital offers a range of inpatient and outpatient medical services to patients in the surrounding community including Advanced Cardiovascular Care, Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery, 24/7 Emergency Services, Pediatrics, Maternity Services, and Rehabilitation. This facility is a designated Trauma Center and has achieved accreditation by The Joint Commission (TJC). The Inpatient Rehab Services RN Director will have the wonderful opportunity to join an outstanding leadership team at this awarded medical facility.
