Responsibilities

Requirements
• Seven plus years direct lending or credit support experience• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services• Knowledge of the local market• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources• Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals• Sales management and business development skills• FINRA Series 79, 63, and Securities Exam Essentials licenses required or obtain within 180 days• Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferred• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills• Strong creative solution and problem solving abilities• Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
