Relationship Executive, Middle Market Banking - Executive Director

As a Relationship Executive within the Middle Market Banking team, your role is to act as an "individual contributor" to the firm, growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries target space. You will be asked to meet business development goals, seeking opportunities to sell multiple products and solutions to clients and anticipating their future needs. As a Relationship Executive, you will focus on the delivery of value added solutions to our clients and prospects that will help them reach their goals and maximize our revenues over the life of the relationship.

Job Responsibilities Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindsetStay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnershipsFind ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation, while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologiesDevelop a weekly sales plan prioritizing revenue generating sales opportunities, cultivate referral sources, and institutionalize relationships and calling Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Seven plus years direct lending or credit support related experience, with a focus on business relationshipsUnderstanding of Commercial Banking products and servicesKnowledge of the local marketAbility to collaborate with internal partners and resourcesDemonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributorSales management and business development skillsFINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Exam Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferredExcellent verbal, written and listening communication skillsStrong creative solution and problem solving abilitiesProficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships Federal Deposit Insurance Act: This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMorganChase's review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.
