Reliability Engineer

Senior Mechanical Reliability Engineer required We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a mining client based in Collie, WA. This is a permanent position offering a 9-day fortnight with flexible working and WFH options available.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop equipment maintenance strategies for all equipment within the operational area of responsibility.Lead a team of experienced mechanical engineers.Identify all equipment requiring inspections and repairs based on legislative and statutory requirements and create Safety Critical Equipment master data in SAP. Develop and deploy maintenance strategies to meet the requirements of Safety Critical Equipment. Ensure adherence to these statutory plans in SAP.Lead and promote discipline in engineering work, verify quality of completed tasks and enhance technical knowledge of team members and other Engineering employees in regard to the mechanical discipline.RequirementsVisible field safety leadership and an ability to drive safety and performance excellence.Knowledge of Mobile Equipment Maintenance & Reliability in the Mining context.Knowledge of mechanical engineering methodologies, tools, and software.Knowledge and experience implementing Management of Engineering Change.Significant experience in delivering complete life cycle of design works within a brownfield environment within the resources or other heavy industry.Sound understanding and proven experience in developing and managing engineering budgets and schedules.What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
