In this role, you will make daily decisions to ensure all CNC and manufacturing equipment as well as the company facilities and infrastructure function efficiently and safely, direct activities of the Reliability Department to proactively address equipment issues through a Preventative Maintenance Program and perform administrative functions as required.

Essential duties/responsibilities: Direct the study, design, layout and acquisition of new and modified plant facilities. Establish operating procedures and priorities related to machine maintenance. (Operator Driven Reliability) Monitor and coordinate all capital expenditures authorization for the department. Set up, implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program. Negotiate and maintain contracts and oversee the operation of the facility related contractor services. Maintain safe practices within the department through employee training and provision of safety equipment following OSHA standards. Review project status with Management as required. Perform other related duties as required.
