An exciting opportunity for Relief Tourist Park Management team in the beautiful Bundaberg QLD region. The Site Located just 45 kilometres north of Bundaberg's city centre. Turn off Rosedale Road at Yandaran and follow the signs to Miara. A stunning riverfront spot that takes you back to traditional bush camping holidays. Miara is a popular fishing spot with secluded beaches, bush and parklands and a family friendly fishing village atmosphere. The park is ideal for the angler or camper seeking a tranquil and relaxed holiday getaway.
The Role We're currently recruiting an experienced relief couple team, who are highly customer focused, commercially minded and passionate about guest and local community engagement, delivering exceptional visitor experiences. Relief Couple must be hands-on in regards to cleaning, housekeeping and grounds maintenance. Passionate about supporting in protection of the environment and culture whilst providing a world-class guest experience in line with the Park Managers.
Responsibilities include: Being accountable for all business operation and guest experienceBeing hands-on and possessing a positive can-do attitudeAbility to problem solve in a fast-paced environmentLead and supervise a small teamA strong Australian based support office and local management teams support our park managers on all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT and HR so Park Managers can focus on delighting guests.
Selection Criteria: An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approachProven experience in a similar roleOutstanding customer serviceFamiliarity with NewBook computerised booking system and good computer skillsWillingness to learn and apply our systems and processesWell-developed communication, organisation, administration and management skillsDemonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional mannerAvailability to work across a fourteen-day roster which may include public holidays, 2 weekends per month, early mornings and evenings. Typical relief management team will support park management in a 4 day deployment per fortnight with opportunities to run across multiple venues.Must have own accommodation, personal motorhome, caravan or camper supporting onsite stay. No Pets.
