Responsibilities
• Process used equipment sales• Coordinate and follow up on shop repairs and associated paperwork• Schedule and track transportation• Purchase equipment and track department inventory• Work with vendors for purchasing and repairs• File organization and management• Incorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities• Perform other assigned duties• Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance• Ready for work at the designated start time
Requirements
• Associate's degree and/or 2-4 years of experience strongly desired• Ability to identify immediate concerns and provide quick responses• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and eXtend• Strong language skills, including reading, writing, and presenting information• Intermediate mathematical skills and ability to apply basic algebra and geometry• Intermediate reasoning ability to follow instructions and solve standardized problems
