**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a Remote Account Support Manager to join our dynamic team at Prudential Financial. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while overseeing the day-to-day management of accounts. You will ensure that our clients receive exceptional support and service aligned with Prudential's commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and proactive outreach to ensure consistent satisfaction and address concerns promptly.

2. **Account Oversight:**
- Oversee the management of assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in service delivery.
- Analyze client portfolios and recommend enhancements or adjustments to meet their evolving needs.

3. **Collaboration with Internal Teams:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to facilitate a seamless client experience.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.

4. **Issue Resolution:**
- Quickly respond to and resolve client inquiries and issues, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency of issue resolution.

5. **Data Management & Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on client status, account performance, and potential growth opportunities for management review.

6. **Training & Leadership:**
- Mentor and train junior team members on account management best practices and Prudential's service standards.
- Exhibit leadership qualities that inspire team members to strive for excellence.

7. **Performance Improvement:**
- Continuously assess processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings to recommend enhancements to our service model.

**Requirements:**

**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, customer support, or a related role.
- Proven experience in dealing with high-value clients and managing complex accounts.

**Skills:**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to devise creative solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
