Job Description:

McDonald's is seeking a passionate and resourceful Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This part-time position is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for McDonald's remote account support, providing excellent customer service and support to franchisees and stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for account growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives and solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review performance, address concerns, and present new offerings.
- Assist with training and onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and successful partnerships.
- Lead presentations and demonstrations to showcase McDonald's products and services to clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Previous experience in the foodservice industry is a plus.
