Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Ryder System is seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in San Jose, California. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in account support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic and reliable, with a knack for innovation and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:- Provide remote support to account managers and clients, assisting with account management tasks- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with team members to develop creative solutions to client challenges- Monitor client accounts for any issues or discrepancies, and work to resolve them quickly and efficiently- Assist with data analysis and reporting to track account performance and identify areas for improvement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field- 4+ years of experience in account support or a similar role- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Experience with remote work tools and platforms- Energetic and reliable personality- Strong innovation and strategic planning skills
