Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Remote Account Support Officer to join our team at BMW in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing remote support to clients, partners, and colleagues. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:1. Provide remote support to clients, partners, and colleagues regarding account inquiries and issues.2. Assist with account management tasks, such as updating client information and processing transactions.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.4. Negotiate with clients to resolve account-related issues and disputes.5. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and retention.6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in account support or a similar role.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong negotiation and teamwork abilities.5. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Must be detail-oriented and organized.
