Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

As a Remote Account Support Representative at SpaceX, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from a remote location. You will be the main point of contact for account-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner- Manage customer accounts and update information as needed- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role- Confident and independent work ethic- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software- Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred
