Norfolk Southern is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Account Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Data Entry:** Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure details are logged accurately in the system to support ongoing account management and follow-ups.

- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a thorough understanding of Norfolk Southern's services and products to offer insightful recommendations to clients.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to provide suggestions for service improvements, promoting a culture of continuous enhancement.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

- **Experience:** No prior experience required; however, customer service or related experience is a benefit.
