About the *
As an Accountant, youll be an integral part of the team, ensuring smooth operations of the AP process and contributing to a seamless monthly financial close. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diving into the details, solving problems, and improving processes.
Key *
- Manage Accounts Payable, including vendor invoice processing, electronic payment setup, and statement reconciliation.
- Oversee monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Process daily cash receipts and support time entry and compliance monitoring.
- Review and approve employee expense reimbursements.
- Prepare journal entries to support the monthly financial close process.
- Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and financial processes.

What Youll * ***
- A Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with GAAP, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and the General Ledger.
- Proficiency in Workday and Advanced Excel skills (excluding macros).
- An eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a knack for solving problems.
- A high-energy, enthusiastic approach and a can-do attitude.
