**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Remote Administrative Coordinator to support our operations in New York City. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes and enhancing the effectiveness of our team. As a part-time position, you will have the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with various departments to uphold our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute informative documents, reports, and presentations to support team members and management.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and hard copy documents.

2. **Communication and Coordination:**
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations and information flow.
- Organize and participate in virtual meetings, ensuring appropriate technology and materials are prepared in advance.

3. **Project Management:**
- Assist in the development and execution of project plans, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct research on various topics as needed to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Implement creative administrative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

4. **Data Management:**
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Analyze data to identify trends, providing valuable insights to team members for strategic planning.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay informed on industry best practices and technological advancements, suggesting improvements to administrative processes.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative or project coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare or logistics environment.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaborative tools, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with project management software such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com is a plus.

**Personal Traits:**
