**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Remote Administrative Coordinator to support our operations in New York City. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes and enhancing the effectiveness of our team. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Administrative Support:**

**Requirements:**
**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative or project coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare or logistics environment.
**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaborative tools, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with project management software such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com is a plus.
