Remote: Archer Architect (Full Time)

Position: Archer Architect Location: Alpharetta GA (Onsite / Remote) Duration: Full Time Job Description Responsibilities:Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of the Archer GRC platform to meet business needs and objectives.Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, and compliance officers to gather requirements and define technical solutions on the Archer platform.Design and implement custom modules, workflows, and integrations within the Archer platform to support governance, risk management, and compliance processes.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the Archer platform.Develop and maintain documentation, technical specifications, and training materials for the Archer platform users and administrators.Manage platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to minimize downtime and ensure compatibility with existing configurations.Monitor platform performance, health, and security, implementing proactive measures and controls to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.Stay updated on the latest features, enhancements, and trends in the Archer platform ecosystem, evaluating and recommending new technologies and solutions as needed.Provide technical support and assistance to users, administrators, and other stakeholders, troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions. Requirements: Proven experience as a technical lead or architect in the implementation and administration of the Archer GRC platform.Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) concepts, frameworks, and processes.Hands-on experience with Archer platform configuration, customization, and development, including Archer APIs, data feeds, and data feeds.Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or SQL for custom development and scripting within the Archer platform.Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, XML) is preferred.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Certifications in the Archer platform (e.g., RSA Archer Certified Administrator, RSA Archer Certified Professional) are a plus.Familiarity with IT security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) is a plus.
