Remote- Attorney

This position can be worked fully remotely anywhere in CA but must be living in CA currently and have a CA bar number.
THIS POSITION IS WORKING WITH LEMON LAW TYPE OF WORK.

Automotive litigation Catastrophic injury Insurance Defense General liability Habitability Medical malpractice Legal Malpractice Premises liability Product liability Professional liability Excellent interpersonal skills, oral advocacy, writing skills, and motivation, are a must.
Experience in insurance defense litigation and general familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines is preferred.
