Roles & Responsibilities Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clientsReview individuals needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needsComplete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travelAttend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinationsReview budgets, and plan trips according to clients budget constraintsCreate promotional materials to utilizeMonitor restrictions on travel that come and goBook travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc…)Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travelHandle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clientsNetwork with tour operators regarding packages that you can possibly offer to clients Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age, and be authorized to work within the US.Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus)Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but not requiredPersonal travel experience is a huge plus, however not requiredPrevious experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required Your earning potential is only limited to your motivation. We have agents that earn $200 per booking to $12,000 for group bookings. Most vendors pay commission up 16% of the booking fee's. So if you are still vacationing and not cashing in on your own trips that is money left on the table.
