### **Responsibilities**

- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and assess competitive landscape to refine our business strategies.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively seek out and engage potential partners and clients through various channels, including networking, social media, and cold outreach.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing partners, ensuring their needs are met and identifying further collaboration opportunities.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective business strategies that align with GrubHub's objectives and values.
- **Proposal Development**: Create compelling pitches and proposals tailored to the unique needs of potential partners.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on business development metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align efforts and enhance the overall business strategy.
- **Customer Engagement**: Maintain regular contact with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Workshops & Presentations**: Organize and lead presentations or workshops for potential partners to highlight our unique offerings.
- **Environmental Advocacy**: Advocate for GrubHub's commitment to environmental responsibility by promoting sustainable business practices in your outreach and partnerships.

### **Requirements**

- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not strictly required with relevant experience.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in CRM software and business analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
