Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Business Development Associate to join our team at Bed Bath & Beyond in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our business through strategic partnerships and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development and possess a strong work ethic and dedication to achieving results.

Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and cold calling- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners- Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and services- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients- Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and pipeline progress

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Creativity and presentation skills to effectively pitch products and services- Ability to work independently and remotely- Hardworking and dedicated to achieving business goals- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
