Remote Business Tax Accountant

Intuit is seeking a highly motivated Remote Business Tax Accountant with 3+ years of experience in business tax preparation.
The successful candidate will provide expert guidance, tax preparation, and explanations of tax and technical terms to customers using Intuit TurboTax Business products.
This virtual, customer-facing role requires strong communication skills, an active credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), and a commitment to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week throughout the tax season.
A dedicated hardwired Internet connection and a quiet work environment are necessary to meet Intuit Security criteria.

The Remote Business Tax Accountant will interact with customers through state-of-the-art video communication software, providing tax advice, full-service business return preparation and signature, product/software inquiries, tax calculations, and filing tax extensions.
Utilizing government websites, professional resources, and team expertise, the successful candidate will deliver high-quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer tax advice and tax return preparation, documenting customer interactions, and working toward company key performance metrics and goals are essential responsibilities of this role.
