What you'll bring 3+ years of recent experience in preparing federal and state business tax returns Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with technology and computer operations How you will lead Virtual, customer-facing role Interact with customers through state of the art video communications software Provide tax advice and full service business return preparation Create high quality customer interactions and experiences Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver the right answer to the customer
