Remote Business Tax Preparer

Intuit is seeking a Remote Business Tax Preparer with at least 3 years of experience to provide expert guidance and tax preparation assistance to customers.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a virtual, customer-facing role.
This is a work-from-home position.

Responsibilities: Provide tax advice and preparation assistance to TurboTax Business customers Utilize state-of-the-art video communications software to interact with customers Document customer interactions and ensure high-quality customer experiences Meet company key performance metrics and goals Participate in pilot testing and projects as needed Requirements: 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns 2+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience Bookkeeping experience preferred Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required Proficient with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software Must reside in the United States and have a dedicated hardwired internet connection This is a great opportunity to work with a company committed to powering prosperity around the world.
