As a Remote Call Center Manager at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center agents, ensuring that they provide top-notch customer service and meet performance metrics. Your primary duty will be to manage and motivate your team to achieve daily and monthly goals, while also implementing strategies to improve efficiency and overall performance.

Responsibilities:
1. Supervising a team of remote call center agents, providing guidance and support as needed.
2. Monitoring and analyzing call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
3. Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to agents.
4. Developing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center agents.
5. Handling escalated customer calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
7. Implementing quality assurance measures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
8. Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in call center management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Energetic and hardworking personality traits.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and call center software.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours.
