- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a thorough understanding of CenturyLink products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance and guidance to customers.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to share insights, improve service quality, and support one another in achieving departmental goals.

- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, call handling time, and issue resolution.

- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills, stay updated on products/services, and adapt to changes in company policies.

- **Feedback and Improvement:** Actively seek feedback from customers and management to identify areas for improvement and contribute to team discussions about operational enhancements.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role or call center environment is preferred.

- **Personality Traits:** Must be driven and dedicated to providing excellent customer service with a strong desire to succeed.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and respond effectively under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to navigate customer concerns with clarity and efficiency.
