Remote Career Coach

IMPACT Group is seeking a remote career coach to support our relocation and outplacement solutions.
The coach will work with employees and their families as they transition to new cities or search for new career opportunities.
This is a part-time, casual, remote position requiring approximately 10-20 hours per week.
Responsibilities include guiding employees through coaching processes, advising on career development, and maintaining service delivery records.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of job search strategy/career coaching experience, strong communication skills, and experience with virtual coaching.
A master's degree and coaching certification or training are preferred.
