Job Description:

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional chat-based support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:1. Provide real-time support to customers via chat, assisting them with product inquiries, technical issues, and general customer service questions.2. Research and troubleshoot customer problems to identify solutions and provide accurate information.3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients.4. Utilize communication skills to effectively convey information and instructions to customers.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.7. Continuously adapt to new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.8. Meet performance targets and goals set by the company to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:1. Associate level position with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Strong research skills and adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Proficiency in using chat support tools and customer relationship management software.6. Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset.7. Experience in a remote or virtual work environment is a plus.
