Remote Client Relations Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team at Genesis Healthcare in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role will require at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met effectively- Work independently to manage a portfolio of clients and meet assigned targets- Present information to clients in a clear and persuasive manner- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred- 3+ years of experience in client relations, sales, or a similar role- Independent and confident personality traits- Strong presentation and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
