Remote Client Relations Associate

As a Remote Client Relations Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing communication with clients via phone, email, and other virtual platforms- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to provide insights to clients- Assisting in the development and execution of client engagement strategies- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Requirements for this position include:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently in a remote setting- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
