Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Gap is seeking a Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California. This part-time position is ideal for candidates with mid-to-senior level experience, who are driven and independent individuals with exceptional persuasion and time management skills. As a Remote Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure client needs are being met- Track and analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Provide regular reports on client satisfaction and performance metrics- Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or account management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software- Must have a dedicated home office setup with reliable internet connection
