We are looking for a passionate and confident Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team at Nextdoor in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a part-time position with Mid-to-Senior Level seniority, we require a minimum of 7 years of experience in a client relations role.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings- Understand and anticipate client needs to provide excellent service and support- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services to clients- Track and analyze client data to measure success and identify areas for improvement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in client relations or account management- Strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
