Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Automation Anywhere in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients remotely. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth through excellent customer service and communication.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement- Understand and anticipate client needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to drive business success- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise- Track client interactions, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to management- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to better serve clients and drive business growth
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 4 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role- Passionate about building relationships and providing exceptional customer service- Resourceful problem solver with excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strong cooperation and planning skills to effectively manage client relationships and projects- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting- Proficiency in CRM software and other tools to track and manage client interactions- Availability to work part-time hours as needed
