### Job Description:

Citigroup is seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This part-time position is designed for an individual with a proven track record in client service and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a vital member of our team, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients, working to ensure their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with our services.

### Responsibilities:

- **Client Interaction:** Proactively engage with clients through various channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support for products and services.
- **Consultative Support:** Utilize decision-making skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services that align with their goals.
- **Issue Resolution:** Effectively troubleshoot and resolve client concerns in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
- **Account Management:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback using client relationship management (CRM) tools.
- **Collaboration with Teams:** Partner with internal teams to escalate client issues, share insights, and contribute to overall service delivery improvements.
- **Client Education:** Inform clients about new products, services, and promotional offers while identifying opportunities to upsell and enhance their financial experience.
- **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies in all client interactions and documentation practices.
- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor and track service metrics to identify areas for personal and team improvement in client service delivery.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree preferred (related fields such as Business, Finance, or Communications are a plus).
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in a client service or customer support role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Strong proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and various communication platforms.
