Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team at D.R. Horton in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and resilient, with a strong attention to detail and excellent persuasion skills.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from clients in a timely and professional manner- Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests, providing solutions and recommendations as needed- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience- Proactively reach out to clients to provide updates and gather feedback- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist clients- Continuously look for ways to improve the client experience and provide feedback to the team
Requirements:- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a customer service role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems- Resourceful problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure- Resilient attitude and the ability to adapt to change- Attention to detail and accuracy in all client interactions- Persuasive communication skills to effectively influence and guide clients- High school diploma or equivalent
