Remote Client Support Assistant

A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This full-time position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels such as email, phone calls, and chat. You will assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and product information. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, updating databases, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be resourceful and reliable, with excellent time management and communication skills. You must be able to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
