Job Description:
Marsh & McLennan is seeking a qualified Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in San Jose, California. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide remote support to clients in a professional and efficient manner- Handle client inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that arise- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction- Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients- Utilize various software and tools to streamline client communication and support processes
Requirements:- Hardworking and resourceful individuals with a strong work ethic- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively persuade and negotiate with clients- Strong analytical skills to understand and address client needs- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs- Experience in customer service or client support roles preferred- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment
