Job Description:

Affirm is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from a remote location. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role, along with the ability to work independently and confidently.

Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat- Assist clients with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving billing inquiries- Document all client interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Use creativity and problem-solving skills to address client needs efficiently- Strive for excellence in all client interactions and uphold high standards of customer service

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or client support role- Independent and confident personality traits- Strong teamwork and communication skills- Creative problem-solving abilities- Ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
