Job Description:Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Manage remote client support operations, including overseeing a team of support staff- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention- Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving- Analyze data to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement- Train and mentor support staff to ensure a high level of customer service- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements:- Resourceful and driven personality traits- Strong persuasion and innovation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven experience in client support or a related field- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a remote team- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
