We are seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team at Airgas in Houston, Texas. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in client support and communication. As a Remote Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information, pricing, and order assistance to clients- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and complaints effectively- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution- Maintain accurate client records and documentation- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and processes
Requirements:
