Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

St. Jude Medical is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time position with entry-level seniority, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience looking to grow in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients remotely by phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to client inquiries- Educate clients on St. Jude Medical products and services- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Independent and adaptable personality traits to handle remote work effectively- Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients- Creativity to think outside the box when solving complex problems- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
