Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

McDonald's is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative in San Jose, California to join our dynamic team. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various remote communication channels.

Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all customer interactions- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company database- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Resourceful and able to problem-solve independently- Passionate about providing excellent customer service- Strong research skills to find resolutions to customer inquiries- Ability to work cooperatively with team members- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
