Responsibilities:
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Compensation Analyst II, supporting our clinical operations team! The Compensation Analyst II will administer and maintain the compensation program for physicians and other clinical staff. You will support compensation initiatives through analysis and wage planning.
You will also be responsible for completing job evaluations and auditing incentive calculations while ensuring compliance policies are adhered to. Calculate and administer monthly/quarterly/annual incentive plans.Participate in 3rd party salary surveys and analyze results to determine organization's marketReview and provide guidance to business partners on new changes to job descriptions.
Ensure FLSA compliance.Conduct internal and external analysis on new job descriptions and provide wage rangeConduct FLSA audits to ensure jobs complies with Federal guidelinesPerform data analysis and guidance to support ongoing initiativesPerform annual benchmarkingAssist in the annual compensation adjustment planningMaintain compensation tablesResponsible for adding new jobs to the system and perform audits to ensure consistency.Participate in the development and implementation of salary administrationConduct research, analyzes data, and identifies trends in compensation and continually review current practices and policies to ensure that best practices are being utilizedDocument and maintain administrative procedures for assigned compensation
