Remote Construction Defect Attorney

Location: Remote only in CA with the option to work from their LA office if you prefer. Base Salary: $150,000 - $220,000
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Defect Attorney to join a prestigious firm specializing in Construction & Real Estate Law.
This firm represents construction owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and public agencies.

Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in construction and litigation, including developers, property owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals.
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
Advise clients on construction contracts, real estate transactions, and related legal matters.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
2+ years of experience in construction or real estate law.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
