Job Description:
Micron Technology is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in San Jose, California. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, passionate, and possess strong negotiation and adaptability skills. As an Entry Level position, 1 year of experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers and providing them with accurate information and assistance- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services- Processing orders and returns using the company's CRM system- Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures
Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
