Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team at Kabbage, a leading financial technology company located in Phoenix, Arizona, US. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a confident and motivated personality, along with exceptional people management and research skills.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.- Conduct research and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.- Manage customer relationships effectively and efficiently.- Meet or exceed set performance metrics and goals.- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service processes.- Utilize company-provided equipment to perform job duties effectively.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Confidence and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment
