Job Description:

Progressive is seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a full-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. The ideal candidate will be passionate and hardworking, with strong creativity and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively- Document all interactions with customers in our CRM system- Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals- Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required
