What you'll bring Who You Are: Minimum 2 years of paid tax experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax prep software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and providing excellent customer service.
Excitement for interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need: Dedicated hardwired internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
How you will lead What You Will Do: Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
