Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team at Dollar Tree. This part-time position is based in San Diego, California, and requires an associate-level of seniority with at least 5 years of experience in customer care management. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of remote customer care representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, including hiring, training, and performance reviews- Develop and implement customer care strategies and initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and ensure goals are met- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address customer needs and issues- Develop training materials and resources for the customer care team- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management

Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in customer care management- Dedicated and resourceful personality traits- Strong presentation and teamwork skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
